Foxy Tann, also known as the Boss of Burlesque, hails from what she likes to call The Twin Titties and has been gallivanting about the country peeling and pontificating on stage as one of the hardest working performers in burlesque! Toronto, London, Des Moines, Detroit, LA, San Francisco, Seattle, Sioux Falls, New York City Vancouver and Milwaukee just name a few of the communities assaulted by The Fox’s annual 30,000 mile burly trek across North America. The Fox also counts herself lucky to have two amazingly talented partners riding shotgun on that journey, RedBone and Jeez Loueez who make up two thirds of Foxy Tann and The Wham Bam Thankyou Maams, winners of the 2006 Best Troupe award at The Burlesque Hall of Fame.

Back for another year!! Canada’s own living Legend of Burlesque Judith Stein just doesn’t stop. A performer in over 4 decades, Judith’s passion and energy is still felt on stage with standing Ovations after every act. After sneaking into the legendary Victory Burlesque Theatre at the tender age of 16, Judith knew what she wanted to do. Judith Stein launched her career in burlesque in the 1970’s when she answered a help wanted ad for topless go-go girls that read: “no experience necessary.” Since then she has performed internationally and is recognized by the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas. Judith is a proud supporter of the Canadian Association of Burlesque Entertainers; the Alberta Burlesque Alliance; and the Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver burlesque communities. Her love and care for the new generation of burlesque artists has inspired the Edmonton Burlesque Festival to produce the Golden Beaver Award, an award given out to those who have excelled in community, both locally and internationally.
